He is survived by: his sons, David Barnett Jr. (Rachel) and John Barnett (Amy); his grandchildren, Ty Bogman, Shelby Barnett, Ellie Barnett, Makayla Hall and Kaley Barnett; and his nephew Ricky Erdman.
