He is survived by: his children, Samantha Jackson (Timothy) of Belvidere, Neal Allen Hulsey (Arica) of Estill Springs and Felicia Jackson (Jeremiah) of Winchester; his siblings, Linda Poe of Decherd, Carol Hulsey of Huntsville, Martha Judy of Decherd and Mack Hulsey of Louisville; his grandchildren, Jacob Jackson, Emma Jackson, Lily Jackson, Liam Hulsey, Mason Jackson and Parker Jackson; and his nephew Calvin Poe of Decherd.
