He is survived by: his wife Betty Baker of Decherd; his sons, Chuck Baker of Estill Springs and Mike Baker (Beth) of Winchester; his grandson Nick Baker (Sara) of Cleveland; and his sisters, Glenda Halmontaller of Tullahoma, Carol Litchford of Tullahoma and Betty Lybarger (Kevin) of Tullahoma.
