She was predeceased by: her husband John Thomas Brewer Sr; her children, John Thomas "Tom" Brewer Jr, Billie Ruth Pemberton and Margaret Faye Clark; her siblings, Doris Pender, Margaret Davis, Carlin Perry, Mary Florence Partin, Coby Partin, Marlin Partin, Larry Partin and Harry Partin; and her grandsons, Bruce Brewer and Brent Brewer.
She is survived by: her children, Benny Brewer (Diane) of Winchester, Wayne Brewer of Winchester, Kathleen Matthews of Decherd, Shelia Boyett (Jeff) of Decherd, Mert Breccia (Glenn) of Decherd and Anna Jean Ellis of Winchester; and her siblings, Jennings Partin (Judy) of Winchester and Jane Edwards (Ralph) of Cowan. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
