He is survived by: his wife Janice Hurlbert (McCracken); his sister Patricia Bock of Gulfport, MS; and his sons, Stephen Hurlbert (Robin) of Decaturville, TN, Jeffery Hurlbert of Galeton, PA, Richard Hurlbert (Dawn) of Thornton, CO and Ronald Hurlbert of Thornton, CO..
