It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E McClure (Decaturville, Tennessee), who passed away on January 4, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Omega McClure; his grandson Bradley; and his parents, Bonnie P. McClure and Elsie McClure (Davis). He is survived by: his children, Bartley and Stuart McClure; his siblings, Colleen Carter and Lynn McClure; and his grandchildren, Sara Cheeney (Aaron), Courtney Timmerman (Alan), Leanne, Noah (Rebecca) and Jacob.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Reed's Chaple Funeral Home (113 S West St, Decaturville, TN 38329). A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery (11712 Brooksie Thompson Rd, Bath Springs, TN 38311).
