He was predeceased by: his parents, Van Buren, Sr. and Dora Bozarth; his wife Kathleen Swift Bozarth; and his daughter Cindy Bozarth. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kathy McCoy of Decaturville, Sara Carlson, Robert "Bobby" McCoy of Decaturville and Johnny McCoy of Decaturville. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren.
