He is survived by: his wife Darla Smart of Decaturville; his son Shannon Ray Smart (Angie) of Hendersonville; and his siblings, Leon Smart of Decaturville, Margie Broadway of Decaturville, Virginia Box of Madison and Shelby Brasher of Madison. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
