He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Lee Barnett; his parents, Clara Kelley Barnett and George W. Barnett; and his son Timothy Odell Barnett. He is survived by: his children, Ted Barnett of Parsons, TN, Aimee Hasher (Schuylerl) of Darden, TN and Teresa Hayes of Knoxville, TN; and his sister Peggy Pulley of Halls, TN. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren.
