She is survived by: her daughter Paulette "Pat" Rench of Oxford, AL; her brother Tommy Lomax of Bolivar, TN.; her grandchildren, Kevin Fortner of Nashville, TN, Keith Fortner of Palm Springs, CA and Kelly Bohannon of Waverly, TN; and her great grandchildren, Madison Clayton, Cassidy Fortner, MaCauley Duncan, Hays Bohannon, Roy Kate Clayton and Addie Kate Bohannon.
