It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry P. Rushing of Decaturville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 2, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Zummer Rushing and Arch Rushing; and his siblings, Truman Rushing, Harry Rushing, Jim Rushing, Benson Rushing, Imogene Weems and Charlotte Mathis.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Rushing of Decaturville, TN; his children, Paul Rushing, J. R. Rushing, Phillip Beasley (Cindy) of Parsons, TN, Keith Beasley (Gina) of Decaturville, TN, Lori Rushing, Sandra English, Michalean Rushing and Melissa Newman (Cecil) of Decaturville, TN; and his siblings, Nelson Rushing of Lexington, TN, Flora Plucinski and Mary Nell Tubbs of Parsons, TN. He is also survived by Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren.
