He was predeceased by: his father J. M. Perkins; his stepfather Ralph L. Moore; his sister Brenda Bennett; and his grandson Cameron Pevahouse. He is survived by: his mother Patsy Jean Moore of Decaturville, TN; his daughter Felicia Perkins Smith of Decatuville, TN; his granddaughter Halen Smith of Decaturville, TN; his daughter Brandy Ayers of Decaturville, TN; his grandson Aden Ayers of Decaturville, TN; his brothers, Don Moore (Rita) of Decaturville, TN and Kenny Perkins (Nancy) of Bethel Springs, TN; and his nephews, Dane Moore of Decaturville, TN and Flint Perkins of Scotts Hill, TN.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Parsons Mortuary (134 W 2nd St, Parsons, TN 38363). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Parsons Mortuary Chapel (134 W 2nd St, Parsons, TN 38363). A burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at the Decaturville City Cemetery.
