He was predeceased by: his parents, Irma Meggs and Ben Meggs; and his wife Virginia Meggs. He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Meggs of Parsons, TN, T. J. Meggs (Brittany) of Hollow Rock, TN, Vicki Ward of Parsons, TN and Rhonda Box of Decaturville, TN; his sister Ruby Lee Sims of Mt. Carmel, TN; his grandchildren, Cristal Ward, Bryson Meggs, Brittany Priser and Brian Swenson; his great grandchildren, Tristan Miller, Tanner Miller and Sophia Moore; and his great great grandchild Micaiah Miller.
