He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Lee Milan and Bertha Marie O'Guin Hunt; his wife Wynona Christine Milan; and his children, Gary Lee Milan and Kary Elaine Bennett.

He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer E. Blocker. He is also survived by Sister Bertie June Givens. 9 grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.
