He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Kay DeVone of Decaturville, TN.; his stepchildren, Toni Willis, Jennifer Foster, Shawna Jarvis and Brandon Austin; his sisters, Marie Kratz (Mark) of Williamstown, NJ and Lillian DeVone of Wisconsin; and his parents, Benjamin Franklin and Eleanor DeVone. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
