He was predeceased by: his parents, George Howard and Nancy Irene Goforth Howard; and his siblings, Martha Anne Holbart and Lester "Buck" Howard. He is survived by: his wife Betty Howard; his children, Steven Michael Howard and Morgan Elizabeth Genovesi (Alex); his grandchild Avery Genovesi; and his siblings, Reba Jean Womac and Robert Howard (Pam). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
