He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lewis and Pauline Friddell Lewis; his wife Linda Lewis; and his granddaughter Brittney Kyker. He is survived by: his children, Tony Lewis (Missy) of Decatur, Keith Lewis (Sheila) of Decatur and Tracy Hightower (Jamie) of Chattanooga; his grandchildren, Megan Ballew (Hunter), Ginger Kyker, Hayden Lewis, Bentley Lewis, Josh Hightower (Allison) and Jessica Hightower; and his great grandchildren, Zaelem, Zev, Stormi, Mason and Kaylen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Decatur Funeral Home & Cremation Services (163 Arrants Rd, Decatur, TN 37322). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Decatur Funeral Home & Cremation Services (163 Arrants Rd, Decatur, TN 37322).
