She is survived by: her children, Chad Casteel (Olivia) of Athens, TN and Amber Casteel (Alvin) of Decatur, TN; her granddaughters, Tessa Swafford of Athens, TN and Grace Roberts of Decatur, TN; her siblings, David Joines (Misty) of Tellico Plains, TN, Richard Moses (Tina) of Cleveland, TN, Pam Hemphill (Kenny) of Etowah, TN and Lisa Moses of Etowah, TN; and her close friend Nanette Moses of Englewood, TN.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
