He is survived by: his daughter Dana Allen (Ben); his grandson Austyn Allen; and his close friends, Stan Hyde, Frank Wright, Craig, Tammy Oestreich, Neil Campbell and Chuck Kowlsen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other extended family, and a host of friends.
