She is survived by: her husband Jeremy Shaun Ellis; her children, Mae Allison Kirkland, Riley Paige Kirkland and Dakota Zane Kirkland; her parents, Doug Blankenship and Rhonda Blankenship of Vonore; her brother Matthew Blankenship; her sister-in-law Mareshah Phillips of Sweetwater; her niece Peyton Blankenship of Madisonville; her grandparents, Bill and Millie Summitt of Sweetwater; her sister-in-law Keisha Salazar; and her nieces and nephews, Jesse Salazar and Giovanni Salazar of Decatur.
