With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie E. Stacy of Decatur, Tennessee, who passed away on February 26, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Arnold and Jennie Arnold (DeWitt); her husband Ivan R. Stacy of Springfield; and her siblings, Ebert Arnold (Esther), Harold Arnold, Helen Cimarossa (Frank), Dot Overbey (Edgar Ray) and Irene Burton (Bill).
She is survived by: her sons, Gragg Stacy (Chery) of Petersburg and Bruce Stacy of Decatur, Tennessee; her siblings, Dean Arnold of Florida, Martha Manker of Jacksonville and Fern Jouett (John) of Monument, Colorado; and her sister-in-law Esther Arnold of Wrights, Illinois.. She is also survived by Three grandchildren, nine, great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
