He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Duckett and Rosie Duckett; and his sisters, Wanda and Bobbie. He is survived by: his children, James Duckett and Tisha Little; his siblings, Pete (Robin), Charles (Donna), Jessie Duckett (Kim), Frances Maroon, Martha Jane Meadows, Jo Henry (Harvel) and Annie Gladson; his grandchildren, Peyton Duckett, Holly, Macey Lillard, Victoria, Justice Gonzalez and Maddie Little; and his great grandchild Bryson Lee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
