He is survived by: his wife Wanda Phillips (Hayes) of Decatur; his children, Sandra Millard (James) of Dayton, Daniel Franklin "Danny" Phillips, III (Melissa) of Madisonville, KY and Carlton Dewayne Phillips of East Ridge; and his sisters, Jo Chastain of Birchwood and Judy Morgan of Birchwood.
