He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ketchum; his daughter Jennifer Morgan; his grandsons, Charles Morgan and Wesley Morgan; his sons, John Cofer and Matthews Ketchum; his granddaughter Angel Cofer; and his siblings, Agnes Ketchum, John Ketchum and Perry Rutherford. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
