Brenda Sue Davis Obituary
BRENDA SUE LITTLEFIELD DAVIS, age 69 of Decatur, Tenn. passed away Wednesday, in UT Medical Center, in Knoxville, Tn. She was a native of Murphysboro, Ill. , resident of Meigs County since 1975, a daughter of the late LeRoy F and Gladys Lucille Menees Littlefield and preceded in death by Sister: Betty Ann Lipe and Brother: Eddie Lee "Pete" McNeill, She was a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church . She retired from Tennessee Dept. of Employment Security after 20 years of service.
Survivors: Husband: Robert "Bob" Edward Davis of Decatur, Tenn. Daughter and son-in-law: Jami and Daniel Vaughn of Golconda, Ill. Son and Daughter-in-law: Jeremy and Angela Davis of Decatur, Tenn. Two Stepsons: Mike (Dale) Davis of , Canton, Ga., Brad (Nikki) Davis of Simpsonville S. Carolina, Seven Grandchildren: Brooklyn (Christian) Cummins, Victoria Vaughn, Robbie, Hunter, and Brenna Davis, Grace Davis and Olivia Davis Three Great Grandchildren: Carlynn, Cadenr, and Crislynn Cummins, Two Brothers: Chuck (Paula) McNeill, Murphysboro, Ill, , Ricky Littlefield of Cottage Hills, Ill, Three Sisters: Judy (Terry) Ridings, of Murphysboro, Ill, , Kathy (Paul) Perez of Knoxville, Tenn., Nila Henson of Decatur, Tenn. several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 3:00 P.M. Saturday in the Chapel of Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home with Rev. Rodney Dunn and Granddaughter: Victoria Vaughn officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be , Robbie Davis, Hunter Davis, Payton Armour, Drew Goforth, Levi Caldwell and Nate Levy. Honorary pallbearers will be Meigs County Baseball Team. The family will receive friends from 1-3 Saturday in the funeral home.
