He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Wade and LaNelle McKinney Wade; and his brother David Wade. He is survived by: his wife Judy Wade; his children, Patrick Wade (Summer) of Maryville, TN, Stephanie Fincher (Randy) of Rossville, GA and Nicole Perkins (Kenny) of Decatur; his grandchildren, Emily, Sophie and Ashley; and his siblings, W. E. "Gene" Wade (Polly) of Decatur, TN and Susan Barnett of Riceville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
