He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Keltch of Dayton; his mother Bobbie Keltch of Sale Creek; his children, Tracie Miller (Scott) of Dayton, Jean Obar of Arkansas and Robin Jones of Dayton; and his sisters, Diane Owens (Chris) of Sale Creek and Debbie Vanwinkle (Terry) of Soddy0Daisy.
