He is survived by: his children, Melanie Rievley (Randy) of Dayton, TN and Franklin Booth of Dayton, TN; his stepchildren, Tracy McKenzie and Lynne Shadden (Max); his siblings, Jean Booth, Bessie Cunningham (Bob), Dora Harrison, Eva Lou Blackburn (Stanley), Brenda Gates, Jeanette Hill and Fred Booth (Sherrilynn); and his grandchildren, Bradley Booth, Shaun Rievley (Kelli), Brandon Rievley (Candice), Taylor Dumke (Dakota), Kyle and Jesse Shadden. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
