He was predeceased by: his wife Connie Lee Milligan; his parents, Jamie Milligan and Robbie Gene Milligan; his granddaughter Mailee Milligan; and his brothers, Thomas Gene and Roy Michael Milligan.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie Milligan (Dana) and Sean Milligan; his grandson Braylee Christopher Milligan; and his siblings, Patricia Ledford, Kathy McGowan, Rebecca Hawkins, Leti Estep (Blonde) and Ivan Morris (Butch). He is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews.
