We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2021, at the age of 87, Virginia Ruth Forbes of Dayton, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Post and Alice Post; her husband Donald Forbes; her children, Debbie Forbes Wharry and Walter Forbes; her grandson Christopher Forbes; and her siblings, Blossom Harmon, Dorothy Post Oliver, Pearl Hill, Georgie Devore and Lloyd Post.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Pamela Forbes, Mike Forbes (Jackie) and Bo Forbes (Parrish); and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Forbes (Randi), Evelyn Forbes, Haven Zimmerle and Kennedy Forbes. She is also survived by friends were so aware of her love of birds that one year for Christmas she was given the exact same bird.
