He is survived by: his brothers, Jesse Ledbetter (Millie) of Crystal River, FL and Omer Ledbetter of Bixby, OK. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

“Leroy was the lead inspector for my unit at the warehouse at Watts Bar Nuclear Plant Construction. Likable guy. We always got along. Never connected socially since I commuted in from Knox Co. Time moves on for all of us. I'm a just few years younger. I left Watts Bar end of 1985, and in the commotion of the time never had time to stay connected. Sorry to hear he's passed. Best to the family.”
