He is survived by: his wife Melissa "MeMe" Hickman (King); his parents, William Hickman (Liz) and Brenda Hickman; his stepsons, Brad Creasman (Brittany) and Cody Creasman (Brittany); his grandchildren, Ryan Creasman, Zadie Creasman and Gracie Fox; his brothers, Jimmy Hickman and Mark Hickman; and his stepbrother Justin Shuler of Dayton.
