He was predeceased by: his parents, Haywood Pack and Rosa Lee Pack; his wife Carolyn Pack; his children, Jenny Pack and Tracy Pack; and his siblings, Loyld Pack, Larry Pack, Hubert Pack, Barbara Smith and J. L. Pack of Georgia.

He is survived by: his siblings, Bessie Faye Ralston, Bonnie Walker, Ford Pack, George Pack and Keith Pack (Carla); and his stepson William Baker (Carrie). He is also survived by several grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
