He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Coulter; and his brother Roger Coulter. He is survived by: his mother Wilma Coulter of Dayton; his daughters, Christy Ivy of Chattanooga, TN and Teresa Coulter of Chattanooga, TN; and his sisters, Connie Blaylock (James) of Dayton, Debbie Hickman of Dayton and Donna Neal (Robert) of Dayton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
