It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Housley of Dayton, Tennessee, who passed away on December 31, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thelma Housley to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Housley; her parents, John and Cornia Thurman McClure, Sr.; her siblings, John McClure, Jr., Layton Porter and Josephine Morgan; her niece Gail Porter Rollins; and her nephews, Glen Porter and Whitney Morgan.
She is survived by: her son James Michael "Mike" Housley (Kathy) of Shelbyville, KY.; and her sisters, Phyllis Payne of Dayton, TN and Jane Arthur (late Jim) of Hixson, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church WMU of Dayton, TN.
