She is survived by: her siblings, Thomas G. Columbus (Linda), Joseph A. Columbus (Teresa), James E. Columbus (Mary), Christina M. Columbus, Allen L. Columbus (Margaret) and William F. Columbus (Ronda); and also, Rosezella Welch (Billy), Dedra Spradling (Bruce) and Wesley Eisen. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces.
