He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Lester Kiser and Margaret Kiser (Hancock); his daughter Leeann Wilk; and his brother Calvin Kiser. He is survived by: his children, Steve Kiser, Jr. (Jaclyn) of Dayton, Richard Koonce (April), Cindy Koonce and Melvin Kiser of Cleveland, TN; his siblings, Michael Kiser and Marsha Kiser of El Salvador; and his great grandchild Jazzmine Sanderlin.
