He is survived by: his wife Connie June Butler; his brother George Butler (Debbie); his children, Sarah Lee (Rodney), Tiffany Higdon (Adam), Kasi Pilinko (Reg), Stephanie Schmitt (Joe), Lacey Braziel (Shaun) and Mikel Hawkins (Ashley); his grandchildren, Trevor Brown, Tori Etling, Jayden Penney, Baylor Penney, Reagan Forgey, William Pilinko, Trinity Pilinko, Mahala Walker, Jakob Garner, Corey Lopez, Lucas Hawkins, Keydon Hawkins, Grayson Penney and Jacob Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Kohen Garner and Hazel Cross. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
