He is survived by: his wife Katherine Robinson Griffin of Dayton; his children, Matilda Griffin Patton (Clay) of Montlake Mountain and Ray Griffin (Nini) of Signal Mountain; his siblings, Nancy Dozier (Larry) of Greenwood, SC and Sam Griffin (Kay) of Albemarle, NC; his grandchildren, Will Patton (Breanna), Mac Patton, Jack Patton and Charlie Griffin; his aunt Bess; his brother Detrick of Waco, TX; and his father-in-law William E. Robinson of Dayton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
