He is survived by: his mother Catherine Tulloss; his sisters, Janice Wilkerson (Andrew) and Francine Tulloss; his grandchildren, Skylar, Isiah Tulloss and Joe Cleague; and his niece Kathryn Tard. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
