He is survived by: his mother Wilma Coulter; his children, Shannon Roberts (Zane) and Jacob Allen; his siblings, Connie Blaylock (James), Debbie Hickman, Donna Neal (Robert) and Thomas Coulter Jr.; and his grandchildren, Shelby Roberts, Morgan Roberts and Zowie Coulter.
