It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Lawson of Dayton, Tennessee, who passed away on August 6, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lawson and Helen Hughes Lawson; and his brothers, Jim, David and Billy Ray Lawson.

He is survived by: his wife Wilma Lawson of Dayton, TN; his daughters, Deborah Smith (David) of Dayton, TN, Sandra Lawson of Dayton, TN and Terri Thomas of Spring City, TN; his sister Judy Lawson of Dayton, TN; and his grandchildren, Samantha Bache, Stephanie Smith, Nicholas Thomas, Sarah Thomas and Kailey Cook. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
