He is survived by: his parents, Grady A. Jr. and Mary Chaffin Ragan of Signal Mountain; his children, Robert Henry Ragan (Kristin) of Red Bank, Cameron Richard Ragan of Red Bank and Rachel Elizabeth Ragan of East Hampton, CT; and his brother Grady A. III Ragan (Yvette). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
