He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Roy Martin Kinzalow; his grandmother Mae Kinzalow (Stephenson); his wife Annette Joy Shaw; his daughters, Cheryl, Sandy and Tami; his mother Mae; his siblings, Deane, Dora and Steve; and his nephew Mickey. He was also cherished by friends, several nieces and nephews, cousins, and a huge extended family.
