With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Thomas Messer of Dayton, Tennessee, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on June 5, 2022 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rammon Messer and Susie Brown (Lettner); his sister Frances Ann Messer; and his nephew Rammon Mark Macon. He is survived by: his daughter Gabrielle "Gabi" Messer of Dayton; his sisters, Kathy Duggan (John) of Dayton, Patricia Lawson of Dayton and Helen Webb (David) of Dayton; his stepdaughters, Sami Shipley of Dayton and Lyla Payne of Dayton; and his grandsons, Braxton and Chad Butler.
