He was predeceased by: his parents, Quay Leonard and Naomi "Pat" McKenzie Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Lynne Shadden (Max); his grandchildren, Tracy McKenzie and Jesse Shadden; his great grandchildren, Kiley Shadden, Erica Shadden and Kara Eustice; the mother of his children Pat McKenzie of Dayton, TN.; his siblings, Rella Suttles of Dayton and Harold McKenzie (Vickie) of Georgia; and his friend Harold Eakins of Dayton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home, Inc. (1670 Market St, Dayton, TN 37321-1130). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
