With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Elaine (Gideon) Thurman of Dayton, Tennessee, who passed away on October 29, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Gideon and Edna Carney Gideon; her husband Albert Thurman; and her brothers, Clyde Gideon and Charles Smith.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Joyce Smith of Dayton; and her nephew C. J.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
