She was predeceased by: her parents, Broadus Lanford and Virginia Lanford. She is survived by: her husband Charles Blevins of Dayton, TN; her daughter Debbie Ballard (Larry) of Dayton, TN; her sister Peggy Blevins of Dayton, TN; her grandsons, Justin of Dayton, TN, Aaron of Dayton, TN and Adam Ballard of Dayton, TN; and her nieces and nephews, Diana Smith, Beth Wilkey, Tracy Blevins and Scott Conner. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to New Union Baptist Church.
