He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Walkowiak and Mary Opeila Walkowiak; and his siblings, Leon Walkowiak and Barbara Louise Cox. He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Walkowiak of Dayton, TN; and his children, Paul Bradford Walkowiak of Michigan, Kimberly Rene, Caswell of Colorado, Nancy Rachelle Sitler of Dayton, TN, Gail Elaine Rhuland of Michigan and Mary Malissa Wilcox of Ooltewah, TN. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
