He was predeceased by: his parent Dell Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Mary Johnson (Wofford); his wife Vonnie; his brothers, Ron Johnson (Louise) of Grand Junction and Tim Johnson of Anderson, California.; his nieces, Alisa Johnson and Ami (Bart Hauptman); his nephew Ryan Johnson (Emily); and his siblings-in-law, Bert, Jerry, Alice, Trenda, Arlene and Joyce. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
